TV MALL bad service and no description of item listed as 'out of stock'

I ordered a vitamin and collagen booster on the 8th Nov 2019 amount almost R800.I received a notice of payment confirmation but no further notice of delivery.By the 12th I received or got no further correspondence. I emailed them to which the Supervisor Aaron responded that one of the items was out of stock. I responded and asked them why it was not labeled as 'out of stock' on the website so thatcustomers are aware before they purchase. He has since not responded. After one week, still no confirmation when I will be receiving my order. This is unacceptable for an online store!!! I have asked them for a refund if my order is not delivered by Monday 18th November.
