Repaired, Refund

Hi guys, my Television stopped working. After quick detective work utilising the vast electrical experience on Google I figured it was the fuse that had blown. I'm no electrician but I took it two the electrician for 2 months I haven't got it and I don't have enough money to buy another one at LG. I took it because he was not fixing it and my money is gone. What should I do now?
