TV DOCTOR PE DISAPPOINTMENT

On 28 Nov 2017, I experienced terrible customer service by the owner, Mr Jerome when attempting to clarify costs wrt fixing Samsung TV. The owner was rude, unhelpful and very disrespectful. I wonder if he realises he will not be able to make a living if he does not have paying customers. It is very unfortunate as I have done work and used TV Doctor before. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. In fact, the owner should use his staff as role models for himself. I will never again use their services.
