Ridiculous TV & Video Doctor - Centurion - what a disappointment!! Spare yourself the agony!

What a horrific experience with TV Doctor Centurion - charged me for a full transport of 2 decoders at my new home - which worked all of 24hrs. After inquiring and willingness to meet the provider half way - they were only willing to pay back labour fees. They charge call out, labour and sundries - sjoe - this could be 1 fee - and sundries are not specified. At the end it ended ugly and hence why I'm reporting them here - will never use them again after using them many many a times before. Find them to be argumentative, defense and unwilling to unpack an issue to obtain an amicable solution.
