R500 for driving 10km. *******!!

Are you guys being serious? A call out fee of R500!!! I'm 10km from the shop and they want me to pay R500 once they get here. So before they even have a look at what is wrong they want you to pay R500? I will never make use of TV Doctor again. *******!!
