No service for past 11 weeks

We handed in our flat screen TV on 22 August 2015 at the TV Doctor (accredited at Multichoice) in Mokopane and Christo identified that the power unit need to be replaced. He indicated that is will take a maximum of six weeks to order the unit. On 15 September 2015 his admin officer phoned us and told us to pay R2 000.00 into their account for the power unit. This was done immediately. Since then, we have been in contact with the admin at the TV Doctor as Christo was never available. The message was given that he will come back to us as soon as possible - he never did. On 31 October 2015 he was threatened with hellopeter.com and he became aggressive. He indicated that we will have our TV on Mon 2 November 2015. It is 6 November 2015 (11 weeks later), still no feedback from him and his admin indicated that he has not fixed out TV yet. This will be the last time that we and our friends will ever make use of the TV doctor in Mokopane. This is the worst service yet and Christo has a bad attitude which is not conducive for business in a small town.
