Poor service, bad attitude and no customer service or delivery

I paid for and ordered a dishwasher on the website. ORDER #TVANDO-1392 Order was confirmed and delivery arranged for 11 November 2017. The dishwasher never arrived. I phoned the landline listed on the website - no answer, I have sent 2 whatssapp messages - no reply and I have sent 3 e-mails - no reply. The only reply I got was via live chat on the website. And even there Steven made promises that I will receive the dishwasher on 21 November and today a tracking number. Neither promise were delivered on. Also when asking how to cancel my order, it was ignored. I find the service extremely poor and their attitude unbelievable. Do not buy from TV & Appliances Direct.
