Well..... I have to give them credit for their commitment and loyalty towards Customer service and satisfaction. The only problem I found with them is that, there Price is very high on the repairs. But hey, what we don't know is what they also have to go through to keep up with their very own expenses. Overall I am not sorry I gave them a 13 year old Samsung TV to repair for me. Thank you to all their staff for keeping me informed and letting me know on the entire working process. From the time period of dismantling and quotation, to the day of pick up by SMS message. Thank you again TV + VIDEO DOCTOR.
