TV & Video Service Far Below Standard!

They quoted between R400 to R600 if I had my own dish. However, the technician whose name was Given refused to use my dish and insisted on providing me with a new one although he removed the eye from my dish and put it on the new one. The end bill came to R1200.00 Please bear in mind that my old dish was working perfectly and was only about three years old! Upon arrival, Given strolled around the property saying that because of trees, he could not find a clear spot. However, all surrounding neighbours have dishes. Eventually, I showed him a spot and he proceeded with the installation. He removed a roof tile, leaving a large hole and which we had to replace. He did not knock on the house door before entering, but just walked in and started fiddling with the plugs and wires. The installation of the cable is not even straight down the wall, but does a U-turn at the bottom to meet the hole which he drilled from the inside instead of from the outside! When I questioned anything, he threatened to stop with the installation, claiming that he knew what he was doing. He very reluctantly also connected my DVD player to the system, and after he left, I had to spend about 45 minutes on the phone with M-Net as most of the features on the remote did not work. Do not use this company, as their workmanship and their technicians attitude is far below standard.
