Outstanding!!

<p>I phoned Tv and Video Doctor around lunch on 14 February. They promised to come out the afternoon. In spite of heavy rain they arranged to fix it late afternoon. Pax arrived to fix my problem. What a gentleman. He did a great job going through everything to fix the problem. It was already after five but he did his job with a great smile and lots of patience. Thank you for great service.
