I phoned TV and Video doctor to arrange a call out for an extra dstv point installation and to fix some issues on my decoder. Priyen and Luby called first to confirm my availability on the day as arranged and arrived at my premises timeously. They listened attentively to all the issues I was having, quoted me a reasonable price and proceeded to efficiently resolve them one by one until they were all done. Priyen patiently explained all the changes he had made and how to check certain things in future to resolve any issues. Luby carried a tv for me and helped install it too, making sure that he cleaned everything up when they finished. What excellent guys! Thank you!
