Bad customer service

I brought my Tv for repairs and i knew what was faulty,The LED strips were faulty,but the TV could switch on ,the was sound but no picture.They told me that the power regulator was faulty, which was definitely a lie and quoted me a ridiculous amount for the repairs .I declined the quote and took my TV home.i put it on and now it is completely dead.no sound no power ,just dead.worse than before.
