Worst online experience ever.

I Ordered a washing machine on the 21/09/17 and paid in full the same time. The main attractions was the web site stating "Many in stock" as well as "Delivery within 5 days" After trying numerous times to phone the number on the web site, I managed to web chat to Gary who said they had a problem and was sorry that nobody had been in touch will me to explain., I finally received an E-Mail on the 6/10/17 explaining there was a problem with there supplier which was now resolved and my goods would be delivered the 10/10/17 or at the latest 11/10/17. Needless to say the delivery still did not take place, but I did receive another e-mail stating the CEO was on his way to Cape Town to resolve issues with the supplier. Still unable to contact anyone via phone I sent a message on the contact us section of the web site, I then got an E-mail on the 25/10/17 which promised delivery on the 29/10/17. The goods finally did arrive that day at about 16h00 the afternoon. I have bought from many different online companies, Local and oversees, but never have I had this sort of lack of customer care, this is definitely one company that I will not use again and will not recommend to others to use.
