Worst choice I have ever made using TVandAppliancedirect

I ordered a Samsung washing machine the 3rd June with 3 day delivery. When it hadn't arrived by the 16th June I tried to call but they don't answer just voicemail service, then sent email. On the 20th they responded late delivery, I asked for a refund the 21 June. 22 June they responded they would inform PayU to refund. Since then I haven't received refund and have sent follow up emails the 27 June, 02 July and today to which they don't respond. I have tried going to there address on website the office is not at the specified address. This is terrible service and a company that doesn't honour what they say.
