Shocking service stay away

<p>I bought and paid for an oven from TV and appliances Direct in November 2016. After not receiving my order I enquired and was told by the CEO that I would be refunded. I have been dealing directly with the CEO who has promised on at least 4 occasions that the refund would be processed. To date still nothing. And the oven that is apparently "out of stock" is still being advertised by them. </p>
