shocking service, no product no feedback no response!!!!!!!
i ordered a smegg kettle and toaster and paid on 12th january 2018 was said it takes 5 working days to deliver, i am still waiting up to today for my products. i emailed , live chat, phoned (no answer never) not one response or feedbac****!!!!!!!!!!! this is *****, breach of contract and *****ing money!!!
if this company do not get in contact with me before business day end i will take this matter further to spare future consumers the frustration im having currently.
