PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

On 4 February 2018, we ordered a fridge which was due to arrive within a week. We received communication about the delivery date being changed and thereafter we were unable to reach the company. They do not answer their phone nor do they reply to messages. It was only then that we saw all the negative reviews about TV and Appliances Direct on Hello Peter and realised that we had been ****mmed!!

We tried to get a refund through the bank. We cancelled the order on 15 February 2018 and requested a full refund.

On 6 March 2018, we received communication from Adam Aindow asking if we still wanted the product. We confirmed that we had cancelled the order and requested a full refund.

On 8 March 2018 we received communication from Adam Aindow stating that there were "teething problems inherent in our new logistic system." Adam again asked if we wished to cancel our order or wait for delivery of the product. We again confirmed that we had already cancelled our order and requested a refund.

On 9 March 2018 we received communication from Adam Aindow confirming that our order was cancelled and that we would "shortly" be receiving an email from Payfast to confirm that our refund had been actioned.

It is now 30 April 2018 and we are still waiting for said email, with no refund yet received.
