Order paid for and NEVER received

<p>I ordered from TV and Appliances direct and paid, received confirmation of my order 1/6/2017. Up to date I have not reveiced my order. I emailed numerous times, tried to phone but no answer, left messages. Don't know what to do further. Is this a ****? Do I need to open a case wit the police for *****?</p>
