Non delivery of product and no refund received to date
I ordered a fridge from TV and Appliances Direct at the beginning of February. When I tried to follow up on the order, I received no response to the emails and nobody answers the business phone line. After reading other online reviews regarding non delivery of products ordered and people not receiving their refunds from this company, I requested the order to be cancelled. Eventually the CEO (Adam Aindow) responded that the order was cancelled and I would be refunded as per their terms and conditions (within 14 days). To date I have still not received my refund of R37999 even though I received an sms saying the refund has been processed. The business has no street address, the website does not reflect a company registration number and after requesting a VAT invoice (as I was charged VAT) I have not received it. Also, the business phone line is never answered. Makes you wonder if this is a real business??
