Non delivery and false promises

<p>I have ordered a microwave on-line and after numerous follow ups with the agent who keeps promising to get back to me, I still do not have delivery of the microwave. I was given an excuse that LG orders are delayed and they have various issues with LG and Brendan the agent promised that the CEO will get back to me. I gave the same Brendan an option to refund or to source a similar product to no avail.</p> <p> </p> <p>is this business even legit, I wonder how many people have received this pathetic service. The contact details on their website are not attended. I need the microwave or a refund.</p>
