No response on incomplete product enquiry
<p>Hisense fridge was delivered without bottle racks. </p> <p>After sending few request emails and leaving messages NO RESPONSE...</p> <p>however they were very communicative and forthcoming ... until making sale...</p> <p>BIG DISSAPOINTMENT</p> <p> </p>
Hi there - in respond to your review. The order was delivered to you as requested back in May. The optional bottle rack extra should have arrived form Hisense with the delivery and we have requested that the item is issue to you. We will chase this up for you as it is not a stock item and please accept our apologies that this item has yet to arrive
