NO delivery - Requested Refund
Ordered a TV on the 27th of November 2017. Never received any response and were told the shipment was late. I have now requested a refund 5 months later. Will see what happens...

Can you please provide us with your order number - can you also please confirm that you have cancelled your order as per the T&Cs below:
14.1 If you wish to cancel your order you must provide us with notice of cancellation in writing to *** prior to the order being dispatched. Your refund will be made within 14 days
Your refund will be processed and monies returned to you via our payment provider.
