No delivery after 6 weeks and unable to reach anyone
Order placed for a Bosch mincer on 6 Oct - no delivery date confirmed and after several attemps to contact anyone - live chat, email, sms, phone calls - still not able to get hold of anyone or get any information. I was thinking this is ***** but it seems from this site that the company exists but is just very bad....so maybe I will get a response here? This is really unfortunate I have been shopping online for years and this is the first time I am getting an experience this bad. I am thinking of writing off the money and just reporting this as *****....

These delays where due to unprecedented demand in December coupled with reduced customer service and logistics staff over the holiday period.
All orders are now either satisfied or monies refunded where clients preferred to cancel their order.
