No communication and empty promises

I have spent the entire week trying to contact someone from your office. I have emailed countless time - not one response. I have called your number 20 times - not once has somebody answered the phone. I have Facebook messaged - I was told someone from head office would contact me. I am still waiting. I have commented on your Facebook - no response. I have tried your online agent chat via the website - I was told the delivery should be on its way but was told I would be contacted with an exact ETA. Still nothing.

Your website advertises that you deliver within five days. That is great - I have not been trying to push the delivery forward - all I have been trying to do is get an idea on when item will be delivered so that I can arrange for someone to be home to accept delivery. I do not think that is to much to ask?

I am extremely annoyed and fed up with the lack of communication from your company.

Please can someone respond.
