Item not received since ordered 6/12
This business is listed on price check and thinking they are reputable I ordered a Smeg kettle. Today being the 22/12 and I have not received the item, they are not responding to email nor are their telephone lines working. Absolutely unacceptable and should not be allowed to be listed nor in business. The item was a gift and I still cannot believe that businesses like this are allowed to operate! Zero service, Zero standards.
