This website is a ****. Do not trust them with your money or your piece of mind. I regret ever finding them.

I purchased a Microwave on 2 May when payment is taken it sates I will receive delivery within 5 days and that I will get a tracking number which did not happen.

I called the Number on the website and no can help or tell you what is happening with my order since. Calling is useless as you can only speak to one person Adam Aindow and robin will say hes busy every time you call. he doesn't even know what hes doing very dis-organised.

On Tuesday 8 May I called numerous times to a point were I got so angry as this is unacceptable. I leave a message the Adam responds saying i will get a tracking number the next day and my Delivery will arrive Thursday 10 May. I accept maybe there were delays.

On 10 may nothing has come through to me as yet i send an email in the morning no response. I then call them yet again and Adam is not available until The 4 time I called and robin could hear I'm not happy she puts me on hold. Then this Adam Guy finally takes my call and is shouting about delays. I told him that is unacceptable I don't want to or need to hear excuses once again. I need results my microwave should have been delivered that day.

He doesn't even know whats happening in his own business then he shouts at me saying he will cancel my order on his side. HE wanted to cancel the order and then drops the phone in my ear. Then in the next 5 minutes I receive a cancellation email with no detail about how or when my refund would come back.

I have sent numerous emails asking when my refund will happen. No one has answered me. I called the number again Today 11 May The lady who answers the phone Robin is covering for this Adam guy put me on hold speaks to him then comes back and says she cant give me any information about the refund Adam will contact me and as she saying this shes shoving me off the phone.

These people don't know how to deal with unhappy clients, problem solving is not going to happen here, they don't have capacity to deal with the workload from the website. This is enough to know they wont last long. Stick to well know and reliable sites. yo will no get Customer Service. Its like borrowing money to a relative it has no returns just a bitter ending.

You wont get your order or your refund Never!!! Its almost the end of the day and still Nothing about my refund. 11 May. Guys Don'T Do It... DO NOT ORDER FRoM THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT, AS I AM.
