Horrible Service; no delivery

I purchased the washing machine and paid for it, in July. Their promise of 3 - 5 days delivery is completely a **** to get you to buy from them. The most disappointing thing is that they don't even try to contact you for any possible delays. I have been calling and online chatting with their agents. I only received empty promises. I have received 2 letters from their "CEO" (****) confirming delivery and still hasn't happened. I'm not sure if this is a **** or not. They don't answer their phones anymore. I bought from them because it was cheaper online not knowing I will receive such services. So much for trying to stretch my last rands. I will never again. VERY DISSAPPOINTING!! Taking people's hard earned money for granted, you should be ashamed of yourself. Makro is running a special on the same machine at a lower price right now and I can't buy it because you took money.
