Bad Service and empty promises

I bought a microwave on the 6 of November and the expected delivery date for the 13th of November 2017. When I bought the item online, their site mentioned that the item was in stock. After that I never received any communication from these people. So I called their number which doesn't work, it just rings until it goes to voicemail. I contacted them on their site using the chatting app and each of the consultant gave me the same story that they waiting for Samsung. This went on for 2 weeks and a half until I decided to cancel the order. Since I cancelled my order, only once did one their agents rep**** to my request for progress of my refund and since then none of my messages are being answered. I have been waiting for over a week for response and still nothing. For me out of all the online shopping sites in South Africa, this is the worst because you must chase after them, they don't communicate like other sites. They don't make you feel like your customer satisfaction is important or the fact that you important to their business.
