Poor services

Went to Tuwa spa at sugar rush Park balito on the 9/4/19. I've sent a message to the owner on whatsapp, the message was read but with no response. I then sent a Facebook message and her response to me was that she was away for a week she will get back to me when she's back. No apology or anything to make me feel like a customer. My message. "Hi. We were in for pedis yesterday. I just wanted to give you a little feedback on the treatments we received. The spa is absolutely tranquil and would make for a really nice treat with the right service.

I work at a salon and customer service and satisfaction is key for all of us in this industry. Theres a few things I was not happy with yesterday.

1. The ladies did not introduce themselves nor did they have any smiles on their faces or attempted to interact with us in anyway. I had to initiate a conversation. 2. We were not offered anything to drink. Water / tea. Not sure if this is how you operate. 3. The water was ice cold I had to tell my the****** to fill hot water which she did from the flask but it was brown. As if the blue you have in the water covers up the milky muddy water. 3. The pricelist states head, neck and shoulder. My husband got a 20 min shoulder and neck massage completely leaving out the head.

I'm not sure if this is the norm but this is certainly service I am not used to.

I travel alot and quite often look for places I can refer my friends and family to. I'm not to sure how I feel after this experience. With such a beautiful spa I wish the service were abit better.
