She takes the money, but doesnt do the tutu

I placed a Tutu order for my daughter's 1st birthday party that was on Saturday 28th Feb 2015, she(Nicolene) said she will be able to do it and finish it on Thursday 26 Feb 2015 and get it to me by Friday 27th Feb 2015, i called on Thursday to collect she said she was not done and i should come on Friday. I called on Friday she said she had relocated to Kemptonpark and left the tutu with her friend in Kroonstad, i drove all the way to Kroonstad and asked her to tell her friend that i was waiting at KFC, she said her friend was working and trying to make a plan to come meet with me, i waited for some time and called her again and asked for her friend's number, she refused to give me the number and said her friend is not allowed to answer her phone at work, i then asked for the address where she works so i can go get it there, she said it is far in some farm. i waited someone, i asked her what was happening and she said her friend was not gonna be able to make it. i asked for a way forward she didn't respond to my text and calls anymore. i didn't get the tutu and i didn't get the refund.<br> stay away from this woman please
