No Delivery!

I am so disappointed! I ordered a tutu dress for my little ones 1st Birhday. I placed the order on the 22nd of. Fenbruary 2015. Nicolene requested me to make full payment including fee for courier services. Till today and after my little girl's 1st Birthday I haven't received any parcel from her. My calls, sms'e, whatsapp messages, emails are being ignored now and don't get any answers from her even when leaving voicemails. I send her a message on facebook today and got a responce to say my parcel is on it's way. Don't know where it will be delivered as I did not even give my delivery adres to her. I paid the money in full as requested as well as courier money. I advised herr that if I don't get the parcel or full refund by monday 16 March 2015 I will definately make a theft/frraud case against her. This is utterly so dissapointing! Please be careful of this company and lady, there is always excuses after you make a payment then you are being ignored. This is a big ****!!!
