Order Tutu's and Nothing to show

I've tried to avoid using this platform as I really do want to see the good in people, but sometimes they disappoint you and you have to make it known to everyone that they are no truthful to their service provided. I've order and paid for the tutu's on the 28th of April. I called on Monday the 4th of May confirming that payment was received, which she rep**** yes and Lelanie also confirmed that the order will be send the following day, being the 05th of May. Lelanie also mentioned that she will send me the tracking number, it's now the 12th of May and I've been in contact with Lelanie several times, telephonically, email and sms, each time hearing her say the words, I'll send the tracking number, but I've received nothing. I would just like to make it clear that I feel that I've paid for a service that does not exist, she's got a website and facebook page but by the looks of it, it's all a **** to **** people out of money. Very disappointed very unhappy and feel that everyone must take note of this.
