pathetic! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I'm a retailer using your platform for gift cards, bad bad service! I have a damaged card that a customer wants to redeem but the card is damaged and I can't get hold of anyone that can assist on the help line! Pathetic!! Sure that the government is running the business! Pathetic!
