Disgusting service

My car was sent to Tutuka Motor Lab with a very small dent in the rear bumper After 3 weeks and many phone calls I have been given constant assurances it will be ready the next day but after many repeated unanswered phone calls and emails,there is still no sign of getting my vehicle back I've been given unacceptable excuses for the delay like the paint won't stick to the second hand bumpers allocated, the spray compressor packed up etc etc What do I need to do to get an honest reply as to what the issue really is and get my car back? Today I've gone out of my way to phone repeatedly with over 50 unanswered phone calls and emails asking for an URGENT response
