Steer clear - it's a ****
This website is a ****, and if you have any problems at all be prepared for terrible customer service. It is impossible to get in touch with them.
I paid this company for my first two French lessons with a tutor, and the tutor was unreliable and never met with me. She cancelled twice, once just an hour before the lesson!
When I tried to get a refund or complain, someone from the company would respond and say they'd passed it on and that someone would respond. No one ever did despite me complaining several times.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as a teacher or student. Not only are they taking money from people who teach (the first two lessons worth), they seem to have massive internal communication and organisational issues.
As an English teacher myself I will NEVER be using this company and will be reporting it for breaking EU law.
