Rip-off, they just don't care

Absolute ripoff. They claim to have local language tutors, who 1) take ages to get back to you, 2) never provide a contact number, and 3) are not qualified in any fashion besides talking the language. This was after taking my money and promising a refund which after 3 months of asking, i still have to receive despite many follow ups on my side. THere is no email contact on their website, and no number to call. Just whatsapp. Silly me, i should have been more suspicious.
