Tutorial Campus is a ****

I received an SMS from tutorial campus about exam packs. At first i checked out their website and called requesting more information. They confirmed that I only need to pay R300 and send the proof of payment and they will email me the documents same day. I made the payment and sent the proof of payments and they did send me an email back, but only past exam papers and memos, and not recent papers but from 2014 (its 2018).

I called the next day requesting the exam scope/exam pack and Rachel promised me that she will send it within the hour. Still nothing. I called again and spoke to Nicholas and he said it will be sent that day still. Nothing... So i called the next day again and spoke to three different people on 6 occasions and all made empty promises. Needless to say I have already written my exam and wasted R300 on products not received.
