Spam without an opt out

I keep receiving spam from the company without my consent. I have called Tutorial campus to remove my contacts from the spam list but I still receive them after 7 requests. The text messages have no option to opt out. Obviously run by ********* management with questionable behaviour. A well run organisation would observe 1. Section 11 of the Consumer Protection Act 2.
