Payed for Examination package/No response

I received a message from this company stating that they provide classes as well as a exam pack(for students that won't be able to attend the class) which I wanted ,so I inquired what the pricing was. They responded with a amount of R300 which I payed on Friday morning 06:45 and as they required,I sent a proof of payment expecting to receive it the same day since they are quite aware that the particular module exam is written in Monday. So after sending 5 emails,4 sms's without any response in any form,I decided to phone them directly today(Saturday) and spoke to 3 people. 1st person told me she is not at the office right now but she'll be there in 30 minutes. An hour later I decided to call again and another consultant name Marco I believe,told me he'll send the material in 5 minutes time. Another hour after that I phoned again and spoke to a lady. I explained the situation and she confirmed that the proof of payment was received so she'll send it to me right away. After another hour has passed I tried to phone several times,but no answer. This is a institution that offers a service to unisa students but they are completely failing at this.. I NEVER recommend anyone to make use them. As been said,they know exactly when this module exam is written and I already made the payment,what must I do with the study material after I have written the exam?
