Completely ************ business practices

I have never actually made use of the services, which by the sounds of other reviews is non-existent.

I have called and emailed on numerous occasions to have my contact details removed from their system. This has fallen on deaf ears though as I still receive unsolicited sms's from this company with no way of being able to opt out - Not even when you call them and ask them nicely.

I have never opted in to receive communication from them. They are somehow getting sensitive registration and personal contact information directly from UNISA as their sms's miraculously advertise tutorials for courses that I have registered for at UNISA every semester, which I find rather disturbing, since I have personally not informed them of this. This is a gross violation of privacy rights as well as POPIA.
