Sequestration still not finalised after 6years

App**** for Sequestration in 2008 at tu<br> tor trust and paid all the fees I had to pay. After 4years I went to Danie Potgieter Attorneys and paid R1000 to start my rehabilitation but instead I get the news that my sequestration is not granted by the high court. They called them to to find out what the problem was and said they will call back.R1000 wasted and they also didn't followed up after my meeting with them. Called Tutor trust and they said it is a claim from MFC that they are waiting for (4 years is a long time to wait). Called tutor trust agian after a year and they said the person handling the case doesn't work there anymore and they will look in to it . Another year later (6 years and a few months now today ) called them and know the person that can give me answers is not there for a week and no one else can help me. I was told such a sequestration case takes more or less 9 months not 6years. Why does it take so long?
