REFUSAL TO CANCEL DEBIT ORDER WHEN THE SERVICES ARE NO LONGER NEEDED

I registered my daughter fot grade 8 lessons at Tutot Doctor at the Centurion branch. I cancelled my contract in October 2024 giving them 2 mo ths notice that she will be noy voming back next year as the lesson have become so expensive. I had 6.5 hrs left which euqivalent to 5 lesson which is more than enough until she writes her exam on 22 Nov3mber. Tutor Dr is forcing me to pay another monthly fee of R1750.00 even thou I owe them nothing instead they will owe me a lesson or two. When I ask them why i should pay, i was told that you still pay on yhr month you are serving a notice even ifwe do not need theblessons they will defer the to next year. I don't have a contract with them for grade 9. They refuse to cancel the co tract because I must pay them and use the lesson in grade 9. I find this to be ********* and de*****ing parents who are making their best for their kids in this depressed econom. They cancelled my daughter's tutoring lessons and she is left without a Tutor whilst I have lesson paid forward because they want R1750.00 whereas they have R2760.00 for lesson left in my account. It si nonlonger about education they have no interest for my child. How can they refuse to deliver a service aibhave paid for? I am going to court for this. I have no trust in this company they deducted during school holidays when my daughter was not receiving lesson as she was on holiday. They have deducted more than the lesson needed and they still want more from me and telling me I will use them next year. I can afford they charge exorbitant prices I pay R440 .00 per lesson for grade 8. I stil have to pay the school fees. My child is fine now and does not need the services Anyone who wishes to use these *****sters in the future "Good luck to them"
