Misleading advertising and bad service

<p>After making a booking through safarinow.com and paying 50%deposit our booking could not be found by the cleaning lady who manned the reception desk. She was dumbstruck when we showed her our confirmation reference number. She then asked the drunken handyman for his cellphone in order to contact the owner after we demanded our deposit back. A argument then occurred between them. This placedies not look like the photos on their website .the pool is dirty. The premises is dirty and there was some guys sitting in the reception area drinking beer. This booking was made on 5 December 2016 for the 27th.we had to find alternative accommodation hastily.
