Passop vir Tusk explorer
Passop vir die manne. Francois en Pieter. Hul adverteer jy betaal jou TUSK EXPLORER canopy eers wanneer jy hom ontvang. Bly maar eerder by daai reling en toets die kappie self voor jy betaal. Ek wag nou al langer as 6 maande vir hulle om my kappie te vervang. Ongelukkig het ek klaar betaal. Nogal n "urget fooi" ook betaal. Hul het nie 1 dag gewag vir my geld nie en dit is hoe hul jou hanteer. Nou kry ek hul glad nie meer in die hande nie. Doen maar eerder jou huiswerk en betaal eerder n paar Rand meer vir ordentlike diens.

We are more than willing to swop your canopy at our Kempton Park branch since we already sent a replacement to Bloemfontein which you were not satisfied with.
You also spread rumors at our Bloem fitment centre, which made them uncomfortable to deal with you again.
Please let us know when you would be able to come to our Kempton Park branch. Your replacement canopy has been built and is currently in our store.

On 23 February 2023, they initially promised to deliver my replacement canopy in Bloemfontein the following week.
......12 June 2023 "the new canopy is coming after 3 weeks'
..... 18 July 2023 "on the first trip next Wednesday, Thursday at the latest"
And then.......
After several discussions and promises that they will deliver they changed their stance on 01 September 2023, stating that I had to bear the cost of collecting it in Kempton Park.
Finally, on 03 November 2023 I discovered (via Hello Peter) that the canopy is now available.
Rumours?? You sent me back to your fitment guy in Bloemfontein to inspect the canopy. Obviously he wanted to know what's going on with the canopy so I showed him where and how much water is pouring in. I didn't go there on my own.
To sum it up. DO YOUR RESEARCH before buying a canopy.
