Bad service (Extremely slow service and non-responsive to follow up calls)

Tuscany bunk beds is extremely slow in servicing their customers and non-responsive to follow up calls. We requested a quote in February 2023 for bunk beds and made a payment on the 24th of February 2023. We didnt receive any delivery after that, after numerous attempts to get feedback we got a whatsapp text on the 4th of April 2023 informing us that the gentleman that assisted us was in hospital but no further assistance could be provided.
