Tuscan Landscapes and Construction and Eva-Last Provide Superb Follow-Up Customer Service 7 years later!

It is such a pleasure to give a big thumbs up for Tuscan Landscapes and Construction and their composite deck supplier Eva-Last. Our deck was installed 7 years ago and there have been a few glitches with shifting planks, substructure movement and water ingression causing splitting of the planks. Both companies offer a 10 Year warranty. I think we've all become so inured to bad service that when you reach out for remediation in terms of a warranty we have low expectations. In this instance, I am so pleased to report, there was an immediate and positive response. All the issues have been addressed and the whole process managed in a professional and customer centric way. I wholeheartedly recommend the product (it's a very aesthetically attractive, low maintenance and eco-friendly alternative to hardwoods) and the installer Tuscan Landscape are skilled, experienced installers.
