No delivery and no refund after 4 months

In March 2019 we ordered clay stocks, cement stocks and face bricks to the value of R147k. The owner operating under a fictitious name and surname- Brandon Govender who is actually Julian Angamuthu per his ID made numerous failed promises to make delivery of the products. 3 weeks after payment we received R20k worth of the goods paid for. Subsequent to this we requested immediate refund and it is currently July 2019 and we are still owed R39k.

We have gotten lawyers involved and a summons is currently in the process of being issued.

WARNING: Do not do business with any of the companies ie Cement brick sales/Mzanzi Bricks/Tuscan Bricks/East rand bricks. These are all companies fictitiously registered by Julian however the company registrations do not in fact exist and they are neither VAT registered whilst he charges you VAT on invoices.

STAY FAR AWAY!! THIS IS ALL JUST A **** WITH EMPTY PROMISES DAY AFTER DAY AND MONTH AFTER MONTH!! WHAT A FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE.
