Service Fee Compulsory = Ridiculous

<p>last night my friend and I went to Tuscan BBQ in Groenkloof. We had the buffet and and 2 drinks each. When we received the bill I was shocked to see the service fee was already included in the total. No one informed me beforehand hand that it is compulsory to pay a 10% fee on your bill. Is it not my right as a customer to decide how much I want to tip the waitron??? Customer service was poor, food was cold and the manager struggled to do simple maths (R485 - R450). Very disappointed. The manager on duty even scolded at the waitron in front of the customers for not informing us. </p>
