Poor Customer service from Turntable Record Shop in PE

I made a purchase for vinyls, and 2 were no longer available, as informed by Cordell, the owner. He loaded me a store credit of R275, which I politely declined, as I informed him that I was able to source these 2 LP'S elsewhere. I asked that he refund me the R250, into my account. This has been ongoing since the 9 June 2025. He doesn't respond to any calls or watsapp messages since. I need intervention to get my refund.
