Bad service and keep deposit

Please be aware when you 1st meet with Turnkey Properties staff to view places they are so nice and polite, but after you are in you are treated like **** and are treated like you are nothing. They don't have any customer service and no care attitude like they doing you a huge favor. Also please check in going and out going inspection and wording and what you sign for. They are keeping our deposit for a month and no one can tell me what for or how long just said you can wait for our response. Please be aware if you ever rent from them or know of people wanting to rent from them. Also the place we rented in was sold and only got 15 days notice telephonic and as per their contract is two months we just accepted and moved on, but after service is shocking and speak to you like you nothing and keep all communication and emailsas they change all their wording every time.
